We are pleased to share RSC Home, a residential project soon to be built in Brownsville, Texas.

This architectural design was developed by our friends and clients @alvarezbernes.arq and we are grateful for their trust in us to collaborate on this project.

The structure of this home includes wood framing walls and prefabricated wooden trusses, LVL beams, W-section steel beams, and HSS columns. It is grounded on a reinforced concrete slab foundation with counter beams, designed in compliance with IRC, IBC, NDS, and ACI 318 regulations to ensure stability and functionality.
