The house is set on a steep slope, which led to a foundation design based on concrete slabs and retaining walls that follow the site’s different levels. This creates a composition of volumes that integrate naturally with the environment.
The structure consists of load-bearing walls and solid reinforced concrete slabs, designed in compliance with ACI, NTC, and CFE seismic parameters. Our goal was to find the perfect balance between stability and harmony with the surrounding landscape.
