The structure is designed using steel moment frames with W-shape (IPR) columns and steel trusses (girders) featuring double-angle chords. These support a steel joist system and a lightweight Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) roof, a widely used solution for commercial developments in Texas.

Given the presence of expansive clays in the area, the foundation consists of drilled concrete piers connected by pile caps and grade beams. To ensure long-term stability, the design reaches a firm bearing stratum at greater depths, as coordinated with the geotechnical engineering team.

The structural design complies with AISC and ACI standards, accounting for gravity and wind loads based on ASCE 7 and IBC, incorporating Dallas-specific regional wind parameters.
