The structural system is designed as a light-frame construction using wood framing walls and a floor system composed of wood joists and LVL beams at the primary spans.

The roof features a traditional American layout with multiple slopes. The roof framing system integrates rafters, hips, and ridges, using LVLs in the main ridges and structural lumber for the secondary elements.

All components are supported by a reinforced slab-on-grade foundation with grade beams, and lateral stability is achieved through shear walls with hold-downs, designed to resist wind loads in accordance with applicable standards.
