We’re excited to announce Naiara Home in McAllen, Texas. This project marks an important milestone for our firm as we design using American standards with an innovative structural system. This architectural project developed and soon to be built by our friends and clients @alvarezbernes.arq , is a testament to their ongoing trust in us.

The structure of this home combines wood framing walls, prefabricated wood trusses, LVL beams for the main elements, and a wide-span framework using W beams and HSS columns.

The foundation—a reinforced slab with grade beams—has been designed in compliance with IRC and IBC regulations, ensuring stability and structural efficiency. By applying NDS and ASCE at each analysis and design stage, this project reflects our commitment to integrating international standards, adapting to local specifications, and creating a unique, structurally optimal home.
