We are pleased to share one of our latest projects: MNR, a residence designed by our clients and friends @bernardo_pozas and @pozas_arquitectos.
Soon to be located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, this home features spans of over 10 meters and challenging cantilevers, resolved with a solid and efficient structural system.
The structural design includes 20 cm concrete block load-bearing walls, reinforced concrete frames, and a ribbed slab, allowing us to cover large spaces with lightness and structural efficiency.
The deep foundation was designed according to the recommendations of the geotechnical study, ensuring stability in challenging soil conditions.
Many thanks to @bernardo_pozas and @pozas_arquitectos for their continued trust. This project is a great example of how architectural and structural design collaboration can overcome significant challenges.
