For this project, we used a system of reinforced concrete rigid frames, a few steel frames, and confined masonry load-bearing walls, combined with a 30 cm ribbed slab. The foundation, with piles and grade beams, was designed to address site conditions, ensuring stability and resilience for the future of this remarkable residence.
