This exciting project was developed alongside our friends and clients @intersticialarquitectura Located in Querétaro, Jardines Almae aims to transform its surroundings and contribute to the urban fabric, focusing on local living and heritage development.

Currently under construction, this project features a structure designed with load-bearing walls and small reinforced concrete frames, a two-way waffle slab, and strip footings, ensuring stability and resilience in every detail.
